*DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING RETURNS TO PREVENT THE SPREAD*

Sinful Lashes offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 10 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to an order is non refundable. 

Return Qualifications: 

• Order must be purchased from this site.
• Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return. 
• No visible signs of use including lash glue or any discrepancy with the product. 
• Products must be in original packaging. 
• Gift Sets and Kits must be returned in full.
• Final Sale Items can not be returned. 

Defective or Damaged Items: 

If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to [email protected]  with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 10 days from receipt date. Sinful Lashes can only accept orders placed on our site. If Sinful Lashes considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced by us. 

MISTAKEN ORDERS 

If your package is incomplete please send a photo of your entire order including the packing slip to [email protected] within 10 days from delivery date. Once confirmed by Sinful Lashes the missing item(s) will replaced by [email protected] After the given timeframe  Sinful Lashes is subject to deny the mistake inquiry.
